- My husband and I have bought and sold eight homes over the past several years.  Due to the lack of knowledge and professionalism we have encountered with the various real estate agents we had given up using agents altogether.  When we decided to buy a home out of state we found ourselves running out of time to make the investment.  We contacted an agent in the area who, thank goodness, referred us to Birk.  Birk has changed our opinion of the real estate profession a 110%, and that was no easy task.  Birk worked around our ability to travel up to Washington, got a good idea of what we were looking for, stayed in our price range, and all I might add at a moments notice.  I don't know who he managed to fit us in, but he did.  Birk was there for us before, during, and after the purchase of the home, going far beyond the scope of his responsibility to us.  Birk is professional, personable, knowledgeable and dedicated.  We are comfortable referring him to our friends and family.  Confident he will provide the same level of enthusiasm, ability and pride in his craft as he has shown us.  We now consider him a friend.
